I chose this hotel for attending a summit and found that both business travelers and tourists can enjoy the hotel's facilities and services. The stunning property, friendly staff, and fantastic swimming pool with beautiful views made my stay enjoyable and relaxing.
The limited use of towels. I would have appreciated having pool towels available, specifically designed for tracking purposes, rather than using bath towels for the pool.

Great views! Close to Perugia. Free Wifi
We had a roof top appartment with bad insulation. It was unbearable hot and enclosed with bad smell. There was only two small windows, so the appartment was pretty dark. The AC was very old and unbelieveable noisy and was not able to cool the room down. We could not sleep due to the heat and the noise from the AC, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The highway is close to the residence and pretty noisy, so we could not leave the windows open through the night. Be aware: It costs 30 € per person/week to use the sun loungers and umbrellas! The breakfast is lousy! Only toast and coffee... We could not bear to stay more than the first night and checked out immediately

The attention to detail creates an elegant and refined atmosphere. The apartments are filled with antique furniture and original art. The gym, sauna, and hot tub offer relaxation. The staff provides personalized service and even caters upon request.
I just loved having to pre-order and pay extra for breakfast, and there's no restaurant nearby to grab dinner. Brilliant!

The villa is beautiful as is the well maintained gardens/ pool areas The room was spacious with a kitchette, & lounge / dining area, great bathroom, the look out balcony was good. The bed was comfortable & large. The owners were extremely friendly & helpful. They also have a great little bar & restaurant were you order your meal in the morning and they get it in fresh and prepare it fresh for dinner and there are plenty of wines to try. Quieted location just outside of town. The staff was friendly.
There were a lot of stairs up to the top floor about 4 flights, the owner helped us up which was very kind of him.

Beautiful, comfortable, spotless rooms with jaw-dropping views of olive groves and foothills. Friendly staff went above and beyond to recommend restaurants, facilitate tours, and make us feel like owners. Impressed with the helpfulness of the owner and front desk in accommodating our needs. Impeccable service, including delivering dinner and reassigning a ground-level apartment for my sister's health. Great amenities including pool, spa, and outdoor lounge. Can't wait to return for an extended stay!

Splendid view on the countryside from the pool. You get a very high standard for an incredible price. Really nice staff too!

The accomodations were perfect for our family, with a small apartment and separate areas for our children to sleep. The staff was very helpful and kind and did everything in their power to make our stay comfortable.
The only downside was the location, which requires driving to reach any of the local attractions.

During my recent business trip to Perugia, I had the pleasure of staying at the Domus Volumnia Country House Guest House, a hotel that was carefully chosen by our director. One of the highlights of this establishment was the outdoor swimming pool, which provided a refreshing break after long workdays. Additionally, the spa facilities offered a luxurious range of treatments, including relaxing massages and beauty services. The deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, Swedish massages, and Thai massages were truly indulgent and helped me unwind after a busy schedule. I also appreciated that the seasonal pool was open from May, allowing guests to enjoy this wonderful amenity during the warmer months.
We did encounter one minor inconvenience during our stay.

Personale gentilissimo e rispettoso. Risultato finale ottimo e sorprendente rapporto qualità-prezzo!

Room was comfortable and wifi and parking was free. The breakfast was typical European breakfast of sweets, yogurt, and coffee. It was a pleasant stay. Great and charming hotel and is good for people who are traveling with a car. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to the center.

I had a wonderful stay at Domus Volumnia. I traveled with my sister who has mobility issues and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. They gave us a ground-level apartment by the pool, which made it much easier for her. The service was impeccable, and they even brought dinner to our room so she didn't have to navigate the stairs. The staff was attentive to our needs and made sure we were taken care of. I will definitely recommend this hotel for their exceptional service and care.
100% Recommend this hotel.
